Account Deletion Request

You can request the deletion of your Kos Manager account and associated data. Follow the steps below to submit your request securely.

How to request deletion

Please send an email to: support@mdsolusindo.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include the following details

  • Registered email address
  • Full name
  • Phone number (if used in your account)

What will be deleted

  • Account profile and login data
  • Property and room records
  • Tenant and billing data

Some data may be retained if required by applicable laws or regulations.

Processing time

Requests are typically processed within 3–7 business days after identity verification.
